**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager. You will identify new business opportunities in this role, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and helping clients unlock their full potential through our award-winning services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients, including PR campaigns, marketing strategies, and 3D rendering support.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics and business development activities.
