We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding (BDM) to join our growing team based in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for logistics and international trade to play a key role in driving our business forward.

As a Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. You will be working from our Southampton office, with the flexibility to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Provide expert advice on logistics solutions to meet client needs.
