Their cutting-edge systems are transforming the commercial vehicle industry reducing accidents, increasing efficiency, and giving fleet operators the data insights they need to stay ahead. We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to help drive their next stage of growth. The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Prospect and build relationships with new clients across the UK.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing.
  • Develop a strong sales pipeline to secure enterprise-level deals and strategic partnerships.
  • Deliver professional, consultative sales presentations and proposals.
  • Work closely with internal marketing and technical teams to maximise new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events.
About You

We're looking for a driven, results-oriented sales professional with:

  • At least 5 years' experience in B2B sales, this must be in SaaS or technology solutions.
  • A proven track record in hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Understanding of SaaS, Cloud, PaaS, or HaaS solutions is essential.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
