Job description

My client is a Interior Design firm focusing on the high end Office Fitout sector and is looking for a competent Business Development manager to join their expanding team!

The role:

• Office based, Monday to Friday.
• Requires outbound calling skills, researched companies will be provided who you would be given details for and you would be working a warmer calling role - with some cold calling involved (around a 70/30 split between warm and cold)
• Updating your CRM / Database
• Arranging follow ups
• Demonstrating high productivity and output.

Requirements:

• Stable career history as BDM
• Perfect communication skills both written and spoken
• Confident caller
• Commission Driven
• Experience as a BDM or in an office based sales role

The offer:

• Basic salary from 40 - 45k, and significantly more if you are a BDM from the same industry
