National Account Manager - South of England - Remote

CJS Recruitment are looking for an ambitious and results-driven National Accounts Manager to manage and grow key client relationships across the South of England within the civil engineering and construction sectors. This is a remote-based, permanent role, ideal for someone who thrives on building lasting partnerships and delivering tailored commercial solutions.

This position suits someone with a strong background in sales or account management, potentially stepping up from a Business Manager, Recruitment Consultant, or Sales Executive role, who is confident in working with professional buyers and understands the demands of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key national accounts within the civil engineering/construction space
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high standard of service and communication
  • Work closely with internal teams and local branches to deliver on client expectations and project needs
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling services to maximise account value
  • Build relationships with professional buyers and procurement specialists
