We are seeking a Business Development Manager to work within our Publishing Division within EMEA.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a proven passion for sales and customer retention within a SAAS environment on a multinational scale.

The primary responsibilities of the Business Development Manager include generating, tracking, and converting new sales leads into customers, managing, retaining, and expanding sales within the existing customer base, and supporting sales and support staff through training and knowledge transfer.

The role also requires analyzing sales data and market trends to maximize opportunities and identify new growth areas.

A high level of self-management, good communication, and relationship-building skills are essential. In-depth product knowledge and the ability to learn and retain key information confidently are vital for success in this role.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  10. Identify customers at risk of leaving and implement strategies to retain them.
