We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing field sales team!
As a Business Development Manager at Monarch you will establish and develop an expanding portfolio of products within the Monarch Water product range, focused toward domestic Water Softening and Conditioning products, ensuring brand and product loyalty and establishing these ranges as the ‘go to’ water treatment solutions for Merchants and Installers.
Working within a defined region and developing repeat business through existing accounts and new customers alike. The role is biased toward driving contractor demand utilising our Accredited Installer Scheme and the pull through of sales via a Merchant stockist network.
Key to the role will be the identification of competitor strongholds and deployment of tactics to leverage the Monarch Water product range and service, alongside outstanding salespersonship, driving new revenue streams to achieve the sales target.
The successful candidate will be based in the OX, RG, SN, HP, M, LU, GL, NN area.
