Business Development Manager – Established BEER brand – Kent & South East – Up to £50,000 plus Car Allowance

I am excited to partner with an established BEER brand operating across the South and London. With over 10 years in the industry, this coastal brand boasts a strong product portfolio, regular NPD launches, and placements in renowned venues.

The ideal Business Development Manager will be self-sufficient and capable of driving new business growth across Kent and the South East. This role involves leading the On Trade presence, managing the P&L, and expanding the brand's reach within the territory.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry, ambitious individual confident in working within the On Trade sector in Kent & the South East.

Business Development Manager responsibilities include:

  • Developing new business and maintaining existing accounts, particularly across Kent & the South East On Trade.
  • Supporting UK-wide leased and managed customers through targeted activities.
  • Providing brand education and training to suppliers, retailers, and consumers.
  • Selecting and developing customer relationships qualitatively.
  • Identifying sponsorship and promotional opportunities.
  • Providing feedback on customer opportunities and competitor threats.

The Ideal Business Development Manager:

  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Network within the Drinks Industry.
  • Positive attitude, self-starting, with a desire for progression.
  • Extensive experience in winning new business in the On Trade sector.
  • Experience in the beer and brewing industry is desirable.
