Job description

We are delighted to be representing this top client in their search for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join their growing team. As a BDM, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding revenues from existing accounts within the house builder sector. You will play a key role in increasing their market share and contributing to the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities with house builders in your assigned region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within house builder organisations.
  3. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet customer expectations and project specifications.
  5. Develop and implement targeted campaigns to generate leads and drive brand awareness.
  6. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the house builder sector.
  7. Accurately track sales activity, progress, and results using CRM software and provide regular updates to management.

Essential Skills and Experience:
