Greenwich Service Plus Ltd (GSP) is a provider of bespoke, high-quality service solutions for businesses and schools, including ICT, facilities management, integrated services, and fleet maintenance. Owned by the Royal Borough of Greenwich, GSP aims to make a meaningful difference to its customers and the community.

We are seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager to a newly created role focused on driving revenue growth, securing new opportunities, and shaping our commercial strategy. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organization where your efforts will foster sustainable business development.

Reporting to the Head of Finance & Business Development, you will:

1. Identify, secure, and manage new commercial opportunities
2. Develop strategic partnerships
3. Shape corporate and marketing strategies for long-term success

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially-minded individual with:

• Experience in business development, sales, or relationship/account management
• Ability to secure contracts, manage tendering processes, and engage stakeholders
• Knowledge of public sector frameworks and compliance requirements
• Strong communication skills and a results-driven approach
• Leadership ability, project management skills, and collaborative working style
