Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Rutland, Leicestershire
Salary: up to £48,000 per year plus bonus scheme

A hotel Sales Manager or Business Development Manager with strong experience in driving sales and well-established contacts in the high-end corporate market is required to join the team of a stunning and unique hotel.

Responsibilities:

  1. This is a strategic and proactive role where you will be responsible for identifying and managing new business opportunities.
  2. This role will oversee a marketing Assistant to develop new & existing business opportunities to deliver revenue targets.
  3. Identify and proactively represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to develop a consistent pipeline of new sale leads for development.

Essential Skills:
  1. The successful applicant will have extensive experience in Business Development Manager positions with corporate and luxury hotels.
  2. Ideally with local knowledge of East Midlands as well as excellent relationships with agencies and venue finders & comfortable with delivering presentations both on and off site.
