The Role

Greenwich Service Plus Ltd (GSP) is a provider of bespoke, high–quality service solutions for businesses and schools, including ICT, facilities management, integrated services, and fleet maintenance. Owned by the Royal Borough of Greenwich, GSP aims to make a meaningful difference to its customers and community.

We are seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager in a newly created role to drive revenue growth, secure new opportunities, and develop our commercial strategy. This is a unique chance to join a forward–thinking organization and deliver impact through sustainable business development.

Reporting to the Head of Finance & Business Development, you will identify, secure, and manage new commercial opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and shape corporate and marketing strategies for long-term success.

Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship/account management.
  • Ability to secure contracts, manage tendering processes, and engage stakeholders.
  • Understanding of public sector frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to influence, lead projects, and collaborate across teams.
