Are you an experienced Business Development Manager within the Engineering industry who's looking to take their career to the next level? If so, this opportunity could be perfect for you! Join a rapidly growing business that is looking to take a step up in the market whilst taking control of your earnings at the same time!

Our client is a well-established name within the Condition Based Monitoring industry and is looking for a new Business Development Manager to help source new clients and maintain relationships with current ones! With this company, you have the option to take advantage of a 3-year development plan with regular, unlimited training (including the option to earn qualifications!) and be trusted to do your job without micromanagement.

As A Business Development Manager You Will:
  1. Travel the entire UK whilst targeting new businesses and industries.
  2. Achieve sales targets and help grow the department.
  3. Explain to customers the benefits of these products and use this to upsell and drive sales.
  4. Boost revenue by creating and maintaining an efficient pipeline to support growth.
As A Business Development Manager You Must:
  1. Have experience selling into Engineering/Industrial environments.
  2. Engineering experience would be very advantageous.
  3. Full UK drivers license.
  4. This is a UK wide role. You can be based anywhere within the UK but you must be willing to travel anywhere with overnight stays.
