ghd is seeking a commercially driven, field-based Business Development Manager to unlock growth across our salon channels in the Derbyshire region. This high-potential territory offers untapped opportunities.

As Business Development Manager for the Salon Channel, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our salon footprint, and elevating brand presence through strategic partnerships, education, and retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in field sales, business development or regional management.
• Experience in spa, hair, beauty, or wellness sectors desirable.
• Willingness to travel frequently with a UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly business reviews with salon accounts, using performance data to drive improvements.
• Drive sell-in and sell-out performance across styling tools, products, and services.
• Collaborate with education and marketing teams to activate campaigns and boost retail conversion.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new salon partnerships aligned with brand standards.

• Buildtrustedrelationshipswithsalonowners,stylists,andeducators.
• Representthebrandattradeshows,regionalevents,andsalonactivations.

REQUIRMENTS

• Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or regional management. Experience in the spa, hair, beauty, or wellness sector would be desirable.
• Comfortablewithfrequenttravelandfield-basedwork.
• Confidentcommunicatorandrelationshipbuilderwithapassionforpremiumbeautyandstyling.
• FullcleanUKdrivinglicense.
