Here at Chubb Fire & Security we have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team selling Maintenance Fire and Security contracts into the Midlands region. This role is to identify the larger opportunities in the area and work collaboratively with the commercial team to secure these wins.

SALARY: up to £50,000 OTE C.£90,000 (uncapped)

Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager

  • Prospect Identification: Identify and engage potential clients within your market.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer needs and create urgency in decision-making.
  • Research & Strategy: Conduct effective research to identify compelling opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive proposals engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy: Create strategies for desired prospects, including value propositions and engagement plans.
  • Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts and sales teams to accelerate success.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM to manage sales results.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
