Are you a driven and commercially astute sales professional with a proven track record in growing revenue? We're recruiting for a Business Development Manager role for a company that offer industrial safety support offering innovative solutions to critical industries.
In this field-based role, you'll be responsible for increasing revenue across a defined geographic area by managing and developing both new and existing customer accounts. You’ll be joining a highly supportive team and working in a flexible environment where results matter more than routine.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively generate revenue from new, existing, and lapsed clients.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline, closing deals across services and product lines.
- Deliver against clear targets, supported by robust CRM systems and sales planning.
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and develop long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong B2B sales experience, ideally in a technical, industrial, or rental market- (Safety equipment/ services)
- Solid understanding of sales cycles, from lead generation to closing.
- Effective negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to develop tailored sales strategies.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
