Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus & Comprehensive benefits

Location: Hybrid (East Yorkshire/North Lincolnshire & Midlands considered)

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead the commercial growth of a fast-growing consultancy with established technical credibility. You will inherit a loyal client base and help shape the company's commercial strategy for its next phase of growth.

This is a retained assignment, managed exclusively by Consortium, representing a strategic, long-term hire for our client. You will build meaningful relationships, cross-sell effectively, and unlock growth across energy, civils, renewables, and asset inspection sectors.
