Are you a motivated Business Development professional with a passion for building client relationships and driving growth in the creative production space?

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic studio specialising in AAA video marketing for the games industry and related sectors, where you will take charge of expanding revenue, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening existing client partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Leveraging existing client relationships to increase production income across video marketing, trailers, and content campaigns
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through ongoing communication, follow-up, and relationship management
  • Driving new client outreach through events such as Gamescom, GDC, and Develop, as well as podcast networks and contacts
  • Attending production and podcast shoots to represent the company, liaise with clients, and build stronger connections with developers and publishers
  • Leading B2B marketing activities to ensure the studio and its work are promoted effectively, collaborating with production staff when required
  • Developing and maintaining a robust CRM system to track B2B outreach and contacts
  • Attending client briefings and contributing to creative and production responses that meet client expectations
  • Taking ownership of B2B communications including email, messaging, and other outreach channels
  • Identifying opportunities for new services and revenue streams to support the company’s future growth
Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the games industry is preferred, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative personality
