A leading marketing agency in the UK is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business across small and medium-sized businesses. You will work three days in the field and two days remotely, selling a range of digital solutions. The role offers a basic salary of up to £45,000 with an uncapped OTE of £65,000. Ideal candidates should be motivated, resilient, and experienced in sales. Mileage will be paid for travel.

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (mileage paid).

The Role

Joining a leading UK marketing agency, you will be responsible for generating new business across small and medium-sized businesses. Your mission is to uncover opportunities, consult with business owners, and sell in a wide range of digital solutions including:

  • SEO and online visibility
  • Websites and mobile apps
  • Mobile phones and communications
  • Digital marketing services tailored to SMEs

Typically, you will be on the road three days a week meeting clients face to face, with the remaining two days spent working remotely from home to drive outreach, book appointments, and follow up leads.

The candidate
  • Proven sales experience (field or telephony)
