  • Collaborate closely with the legal, delivery, and international BD teams to support seamless onboarding and delivery.
  • Represent the firm at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and work in progress through internal systems.

Your role as Business Development Manager

Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UK real estate investment sector

Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through outreach, networking, and follow-up

Develop tailored proposals and pitch materials that align with client objectives and ESG goals

Lead on prospect meetings, manage tender responses, and oversee the full sales cycle through to contract signature

Collaborate closely with the legal, delivery, and international BD teams to support seamless onboarding and delivery

Represent the firm at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking functions

Feed new instructions into the delivery team and support resourcing to ensure client satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and work in progress through internal systems

Experience and qualifications for the Business Development Manager role

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets

Strong understanding of the UK real estate sector and investment landscape

Confident in navigating B2B sales cycles, from initial contact to contract close
