The London office is expanding, and they're now hiring a Business Development Manager with deep knowledge of the UK real estate market to help drive continued commercial growth.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UK real estate investment sector
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through outreach, networking, and follow-up
Develop tailored proposals and pitch materials that align with client objectives and ESG goals
Lead on prospect meetings, manage tender responses, and oversee the full sales cycle through to contract signature
Collaborate closely with the legal, delivery, and international BD teams to support seamless onboarding and delivery
Represent the firm at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Feed new instructions into the delivery team and support resourcing to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and work in progress through internal systems
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets
Strong understanding of the UK real estate sector and investment landscape
Confident in navigating B2B sales cycles, from initial contact to contract close
Familiarity with sustainability, ESG advisory, or energy services is highly advantageous
Effective communicator with a professional, credible, and consultative style
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
