We have an opportunity for a motivated Business Development Manager to join the Buyer Relations team to work for M&I.

Responsibilities
  • Reach and exceed buyer recruitment targets every month
  • Manage full recruitment process from prospecting to confirmed attendance of buyers
  • Nurture a long-lasting relationship with client and develop a thorough understanding of their business
  • Keeping up with industry trends to advise on strategies and tactical development
  • Attending the events to further develop relationships with your clients and assist with onsite event management
  • Business development experience in expos, trade shows, or sponsorship sales
About You
  • Results-driven performer with a proven track record of achieving within a sales role specifically in expos, trade shows, or sponsorship sales
  • Good people skills
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
  • Positive attitude and hunger to succeed in sales
  • Strength and confidence in selling as well as in person presentations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with good time-management
  • Experience using a CRM and Office 365
