Our client is seeking a part-time Business Development Manager with a genuine passion for DE&I and Gender Equity to join their team in London. This an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and brings strong knowledge of DE&I and L&D practices, combined with experience in the HR, Tech or Consultancy sectors. Please note, only candidates with a background in HR, Tech, or Consultancy will be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how the product can make a real difference. Guide clients through every stage of the process, from initial conversation to successful onboarding.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients across the UK, lead discovery calls to uncover challenges in L&D, DE&I, or productivity, and work closely with the delivery team to support proposals, quotes, and onboarding.
  • Focus on helping the business achieve ambitious growth targets, while maintaining quality and care.
Qualifications
  • B2B background with experience in HR, Tech, or Consultancy, and a genuine passion for L&D and DE&I initiatives.
  • Natural communicator with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships; senior sales experience is beneficial.
  • Experience using workplace tools, platforms, or coaching solutions, and familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
