The Opportunity

We're hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading supplier of technically advanced products to the off-highway vehicle industry. This is a senior sales role targeting OEMs and Tier 1s across the construction, agriculture, and heavy equipment sectors.

This is a hybrid role - you must be based within commuting distance of our Chester office and be willing to travel to customer sites across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Driving new business and managing key accounts with OEMs and Tier 1s
  • Promoting a technically differentiated product range into engineering and procurement teams
  • Managing complex sales cycles with long lead times and multiple stakeholders
  • Working closely with internal engineering and product teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Developing and executing account plans to deliver sustainable growth
What You'll Need
  • Proven track record in technical B2B sales
  • Experience selling into off-highway manufacturers is essential (e.g. construction equipment, agri-machinery, heavy vehicles)
  • Strong commercial and communication skills
  • Ability to understand and sell technical or engineered products
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Must live within commuting distance of Chester
