Overview

Business Development Manager (BDM) - £28,000-£35,000 + OTE £40,000-£50,000 (Uncapped). Chester (commutable distance required).

Are you a tech-savvy B2B salesperson with a talent for turning conversations into closed deals? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth for a fast-growing SaaS company.

This role is all about outbound new business sales - prospecting, engaging decision-makers, running compelling online product demos, and closing opportunities. If you're confident in building your own pipeline and want to be part of an innovative tech environment, this could be your next big step.

The Role

As a BDM, you will:

  • Build and manage your own pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Prospect via outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Run engaging online product demos to showcase the platform's value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to deal close.
  • Use CRM tools to track activity, pipeline, and performance.
About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has proven B2B outbound sales experience (SaaS or telecoms background preferred).
  • Is comfortable delivering online presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Possesses strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Thrives in a KPI-driven environment and consistently hits targets.
  • Lives within commutable distance of Chester and holds a full driving licence.
