Role Title:Business Development Manager

Location:Chester

Salary:£25-30,000 plus uncapped commission

Hours of Work:Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week

We are currently recruiting for Business Development Managers to join our team at The Business Connection Group and we are keen to hear from tenacious and talented people with drive, motivation, resilience and above all a passion for customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for someone who is able to take initiative and manage their own schedule in order to generate new business for all companies in the group
  • Developing both existing and new business opportunities, working with a diverse range of clients from SMEs to global organisations
  • Part of your role will involve managing your leads, adding contacts to our CRM, and getting creative with email and marketing campaigns to help secure new clients

Essential Skills:

  • B2B telesales, B2B business development and B2B customer relationship management experience
  • The new Business Development Executive will have experience in qualifying leads and converting them into prospects, managing a pipeline of potential clients and securing new business opportunities
  • You will have similar experience gained within B2B sales in a service sector
  • Organisational skills and the ability to manage your own administration efficiently
  • Enthusiasm, ambition and you must be genuinely target-driven with the discipline to meet both activity and revenue targets
  • Full UK Driving Licence
