Rentokil Initial is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand our field-based portfolio of medical and hazardous waste services. You will visit customers, build lasting relationships, and convert inquiries into sales while traveling to sites on a daily basis.

The role rewards with a basic salary plus London weighting, achievable bonuses, and a company vehicle. Relocation support may be considered for eligible applicants.

Formación

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent problem solver with a proactive mindset.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous for face-to-face work.
• May be required to pass a DBS check depending on role.

Responsabilidades

• Travel daily to customer sites and maintain high standards of service and communication.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

The Business Development Manager Role

In this field-based role, you'll visit both new and existing customers, where you will be expected to build relationships and sell our medical and hazardous waste services. You will work closely with a portfolio of existing customers, alongside managing new sales opportunities via customer enquiries and internal leads.

As daily travel is required, you should be comfortable being on the move. Providing excellent customer service is essential to everything we do, and your efforts will be crucial in ensuring our customers are satisfied.
