Role Overview:

Seeking a positive, passionate Business Development professional with a can-do attitude to generate and implement a sales strategy alongside the Head of Sales & Marketing to meet new business sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain prospecting and customer CRM activities.
  2. Conduct cold calling and follow-up on Sales Force leads.
  3. Research and identify potential customers.
  4. Implement and execute a sales development plan to meet targets.
  5. Follow-up with prospects and clients through marketing activities.
  6. Develop new sales relationships to increase sales and profitability.
  7. Provide market analysis to support strategic development.
  8. Identify and exploit business opportunities within relevant market sectors.
  9. Project manage new customer onboarding.
  10. Provide sales forecasts for planning.
  11. Assist in marketing and PR activities, including web marketing and trade publications.
  12. Protect margins on existing accounts.
  13. Long-term development of own sales team.
Candidate Profile:

Looking for a highly aggressive, target-driven sales person with excellent negotiation skills, capable of identifying key decision makers and building strong relationships to generate high-value client activity. Must be proficient in solution selling, exploring client issues thoroughly and proposing tailored, cost-effective solutions.
