At Ideal Building Systems Ltd, we are proud to be one of the UK’s lead manufacturers of off-site constructed modular buildings with over 30 years of experience. We are known for our commitment to quality, safety and innovation. We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to help drive strategic growth and expand our footprint in key markets.

About the role:

As our BDM, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to shape the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

·Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with the company goals

·Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets

·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

·Monitor market trends and competitor activity

·Proficiency in sales software

·Literate in Microsoft Office Suite

What we’re looking for:

·Proven experience in business development, or similar role

·Strong communication and negotiation skills

·Strategic mindset with a results driven approach

·Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

·Experience in the modular industry (desirable)

·Bid Management experience (desirable)
