Business Development Manager

Citrus Recruit is excited to be recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a financial services company that specializes in lending.

Based in Cardiff, you will prospect new and existing businesses within your postcode territory to grow the loan book.

This is a remote role, requiring you to live in or around Cardiff. The company has growth plans for revenue and staffing over the next three years, offering career development and impact opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a business development role within financial services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, brokers, and accountants.

Compensation includes a salary of up to £46,000, uncapped commission, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, and additional benefits such as mileage pay, death in service, and pension schemes.
