Overview

Business Development Manager (Construction / Groundworks) — £50,000 - £55,000 + Progression + Training + Projects Based Bonus + Christmas Shutdown + Free On Site Parking + Company Events. Luton.

Role

• 8 - 5 Monday - Friday
• 80/20 split between new business development and account management
• Primarily based in the office, but when required, visit client sites nationwide to build new business relationships
• Work alongside the directors to identify new potential leads and business opportunities for the company
• Represent the company at client sites, and visit trade shows to grow the outreach of the business
• Support the proposals department in delivering the tender submissions and bids

The Person

• Experience in sales in the construction industry
• Experience in a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager position
