This role will focus on a portfolio of exceptional high-complexity hospitality venues with strong food and drink credentials. As well as Hotel experience This area sits across a wide geography covering the South of the Country.

As a Business Development Manager, you will lead and nurture the teams within your area, helping them achieve their full potential by adopting a high trust/high challenge approach. You will drive your business by coming up with innovative ideas, taking calculated risks, and making the necessary adjustments to serve the needs of your customers- all whilst keeping in mind our Premium Venture values and our goal of 'continuously elevating the art of the pub'.

Job Description

Your role as Business Development Manager, you will...

  • Build solid partnerships with all support teams to guarantee that pubs have the finest levels of assistance and expertise at all times.
  • Engage with the FOH and BOH teams to identify outstanding talent and support internal role progressions.
  • Understand and manage the team as individuals, learning how to maximise their potential and support them.
  • Assist in making sure all your pubs are always safe, legal, and clean and dealing with any issues as soon as possible.
  • Take ownership and accomplish goals by evaluating success using the balanced scorecard and KPIs.
