An established and growing IT solutions provider is looking to appoint an experienced, self-motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager for its Head Office in Cullen.

The ideal candidate will become the public face of the business and will be driven and eager to proactively pursue new business opportunities to expand the client database.

Key Duties & Responsibilities for our Business Development Manager:

  • Owning the complete sales process from lead generation to closure
  • Planning and executing strategies for lead generation and sales growth and acquisition of new clients
  • Gaining interest in the companys products and services by fostering relationships with potential new clients
  • Meeting with new and existing clients
  • Building a pipeline of leads
  • Negotiating and closing sales
  • Preparing proposals and recommending solutions
  • Ensuring all leads/enquiries are followed up
  • Identifying opportunities for product improvement and bringing new products on board

Essential Skills and Experience Required for our Business Development Manager:

  • Driven by success and money-motivated with a strong work ethic

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Full UK driving licence

Schedule:Initially a part-time role which can develop in to a full-time position depending on success rate
