Salary: £28,000 + bonus

The role

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our energetic New Business Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to generate interest, build connections, and set up successful demo calls with our Business Development Managers. If you thrive on building relationships and driving growth, we want to hear from you!

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Prospecting: Identify and connect with decision-makers in key industries.
  2. Outbound Calling: Engage prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
  3. Building Relationships: Cultivate trust and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
  4. Pipeline Management: Manage leads and opportunities using our CRM system.
  5. Achieving Targets: Surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals consistently.
  6. Staying Ahead: Keep abreast of industry trends and what differentiates Ihasco from competitors.
  7. Generating High-Quality Meetings: Book impactful meetings for the Business Development Manager by engaging potential clients and identifying strong sales opportunities.
