Job Title: Business Development Manager | Location: Bordon | Salary: £36,-£46, DOE plus commission and company car

We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in relationship management and B2B sales to help develop our Site Accommodation business unit. This key role focuses on driving commercial performance. The position is based at our Bordon site, with travel across London West, Brighton, and Bournemouth.

As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on business development activities to expand our presence in the region. Responsibilities include developing new business, maintaining existing relationships, and growing accounts. We seek a proactive individual who can utilize various tools and media to understand current and future needs for winning business in the competitive construction accommodation sector.

You will be involved in initiatives such as marketing campaigns to increase local awareness and maximize opportunity conversions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation and influencing skills, along with a driven and ambitious approach. You will work with a long-standing team in Bordon and collaborate with BDMs across the UK to enhance your knowledge and skills.

This is a technical, solution-based sales role that requires practical skills and understanding.
