The Role

The purpose of this role is to drive the growth and success of the business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue. The role involves working closely with the Business Manager and key stakeholders.

  • Target and acquire new accounts, driving new business in digital print sales.
  • Cross-sell Service Graphics Group services and solutions where appropriate.
  • Develop existing accounts by introducing new services and expanding sales revenue.
  • Generate leads through networking, industry events, or cold outreach.
  • Effectively sell all company offerings, including new innovative services.
  • Ensure client satisfaction at all times.
  • Manage time effectively and plan territory coverage.
  • Understand branch operations.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships within the team.
  • Record all activities on the CRM system.
  • Deliver work on time and to high standards.
  • Adhere to company processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Maintain flexibility to meet deadlines.
  • Work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Understand and update knowledge of the branch network and our products/services.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the manager.
  • Report health and safety issues to the site lead and management.

What You’ll Need

Experience in a sales role is essential; experience in the print industry is desirable.
