The Business Development Manager will implement the URSA commercial strategy, maintaining accounts and growing sales within the Midland region by working with existing distributors and merchants, and developing new relationships.

What you’ll do:

  • Build strong relationships with Distributors and Merchants to nurture and grow the business.
  • Maintain a portfolio of key accounts, promoting and securing orders from both existing and prospective customers.
  • Manage customer inquiries from initial contact through to pricing, securing, and site delivery.
  • Plan journeys and customer calls for optimal time management.
  • Stay updated on industry knowledge to stay ahead of the competition and maximize sales opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in account management within the construction market.
  • A proven track record of personal sales growth and contributing to team success.
  • Efficient and profitable account management skills.
  • Self-sufficient, motivated, and a team player.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience in presenting and client interfacing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
