As we accelerate our growth through 2025, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our high-performing Midlands sales team.

The role of Business Development Manager
As a business development manager at Trinity, you’ll be a driving force in developing and growing sales of Fire and Security System Installations and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts. Your role will involve proactively generating new business, as well as leveraging existing group relationships and cross-divisional opportunities.
