We are continuing to grow, exemplified by our Peterborough site expansion, which increased storage capacity from 25,500 to 70,000 pallet spaces and introduced cutting-edge automation to deliver greater customer value and reduce waste.
To support top-line sales growth, we are seeking a Business Development Manager focused on new business development.
You will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment, introduced to key colleagues, and will spend time at our sites to understand our operations and how we deliver value to customers.
Post onboarding, your focus will be on building meaningful relationships with potential customers, such as Supply Chain Directors, understanding their needs, and offering tailored storage and transport solutions. You’ll play a critical role in shaping long-term partnerships and ensuring we deliver on our promises.
We are flexible on your location, provided you can easily travel across the UK to Lineage and customer sites.
This industry is relationship-driven, so we seek someone naturally inquisitive, proactive, and energized by connecting with people. You don’t need logistics expertise as we will train you, but enjoyment in asking insightful questions and helping customers solve challenges is essential.
