Business Development Manager - Precision Manufacturing

Location - National Coverage / Remote Working

Salary - £45,000 to £55,000

A leading global manufacturer of precision-engineered metal components is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales, develop new markets, and grow key client relationships. With a reputation for cutting-edge die casting and metal injection molding solutions, our client serves a diverse range of industries, including automotive, healthcare, electronics, and Fenestration.

What You'll Do:

  1. Identify and secure new business opportunities across key industries.
  2. Develop and nurture relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

  4. Work closely with engineering and production teams to provide tailored solutions.
  5. Deliver compelling technical sales presentations and proposals.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to shape strategy.
  7. Attend industry trade shows and networking events to expand reach.

What You Bring:
  1. Proven experience in business development within manufacturing, engineering, or precision components.
  2. Strong technical understanding of die casting, metal injection molding, or related processes.
  3. A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into customer-focused solutions.
  5. Experience working with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or industrial clients.
  6. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
