Bramley Health are looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in a hospital environment to join their team.

We are a specialist health and social care provider supporting men and women of working age with mental health challenges. The Business Development Manager will map out mental health services nationwide for our 8 care homes and hospital.

About the role

The Business Development Manager will work to improve Bramley Health's market position and foster initiatives that help achieve financial growth. They will manage business development activities by driving sales and acquiring new admissions, referrals, clients, and business for our hospital.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with Integrated Care Boards, mental health trusts, local authorities, and healthcare teams nationwide.
  • Set and meet targets for care home leads, customer meetings, follow-ups, and sales.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to sales inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
  • Research projects in areas with less traction to maximize exposure and seek new contacts.
  • Conduct customer visits to services to enhance experience and maximize conversions.
  • Research new markets and customer needs related to new care home openings.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in hospital BDM role.
  • Target-focused and sales-driven.
  • UK driving license.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach.
  • Understanding of CRM databases.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
