Responsibilities

• Execute face-to-face sales campaigns, representing nationally recognised clients and working towards individual and team targets.
• Develop a strong understanding of sales performance, customer acquisition and the strategies that drive business growth.
• Learn to recruit, interview, train and develop individuals to build high-performing teams.
• Understand key business operations, including performance tracking, productivity, recruitment and commercial decision-making.
• Learn how to set objectives, manage performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Develop the leadership, operational and commercial skills required to build and manage your own team as you progress through the Partner Programme.
