Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, high-energy Business Development Lead to build, coach, and motivate a growing team of Business Development Representatives. This role will be critical in driving pipeline generation, setting high standards, and creating a culture of excellence. You will lead from the front, developing outbound strategies, contributing to pipeline creation, and working closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine the GTM approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of BDRs to consistently achieve and exceed pipeline targets
  • Build outbound processes, set KPIs, and manage performance with a data-driven approach
  • Actively participate in prospecting to support the team and open doors with strategic accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and strategy
  • Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to elevate team performance
  • Foster a high-energy, motivational team culture that drives accountability and results
  • Share insights from the market to inform GTM initiatives and product positioning
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success as a BDR/SDR, consistently achieving and exceeding targets
  • 1–2 years of leadership or mentorship experience, with the ability to coach and inspire others
  • Demonstrated initiative and leadership beyond core role (eg. content creation, blogging, community contributions)
  • Consistent career progression with minimal job-hopping, showing motivation to grow and develop
  • Background in fintech, regtech, or financial services strongly preferred
  • Energetic, motivational leadership style with a results-driven mindset

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of financial crime, compliance, or payments
  • Additional languages (French, German, Spanish)
