Role Overview

Our client is a highly recognised motorcycle brand with heritage in the UK and internationally. We seek a Business Development Lead to drive retail sales of motorcycles, non-motorcycles, and finance, as well as dealer profitability and customer satisfaction across the UK M62 corridor.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to develop brand presence, process excellence, and business growth at dealer level.
  2. Support onboarding of new dealers and enhance existing network to meet market penetration goals.
  3. Develop dealer sales in motorcycles, accessories, apparel, and finance.
  4. Assist dealers in growth strategies including customer experience, product visibility, and profitability.
  5. Ensure marketing plans cover community engagement, events, online presence, and social media.
  6. Manage relations between manufacturer and dealer network, monitor dealer stock and ordering, and support network expansion.
  7. Provide reports, share best practices, and address dealer needs.
Candidate Profile

Degree in business, marketing, or technical field with experience in the motorcycle industry or retail management. Strong networking, communication, and independent working skills are essential. Ability to work from home is preferred.
