At NCP, we're on a mission to expand our footprint across the UK. We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Lead Generator to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, supporting our short-term contract solutions and contributing to our gross profit objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Researching and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including online research and town visits.
  • Supporting the acquisition of new sites and assisting in internal processes.
  • Conducting outbound prospecting to target businesses such as hotels, hospitals (NHS), and retail parks.
  • Identifying and approaching competitor car parks for potential opportunities.
  • Engaging in local advertising and field marketing activities to drive site traffic.
  • Assisting with car park tariffs, signage, and leveraging NCP's national partnerships.
  • Maintaining accurate lead data in CRM software and providing regular performance reports.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of new sites.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales, acquisitions, or multi-site commercial/retail environments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Financial and commercial acumen, with an understanding of P&L processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to drive acquisition decisions.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven individual.
  • Full UK driving licence.
