This is a greenfield opportunity to join an innovative, forward-thinking firm that’s investing in growth. You’ll be the first in post, reporting directly to the CEO and play a key role in driving commercial success.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and a hands-on approach. You’ll design and implement a firm-wide BD strategy, coordinate leadership activity, and embed a culture of proactive client engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and deliver a comprehensive BD strategy
  • Review and improve current processes and tools
  • Coordinate senior leadership’s BD efforts
  • Analyse client profitability and identify growth opportunities
  • Lead pitches, proposals, and client engagement initiatives
  • Represent the firm at industry events and build networks
  • Track pipeline activity and report on BD performance
  • Champion entrepreneurial BD behaviours across the team
