Job summary

Birmingham City Council is seeking a dynamic Business Development Lead to shape a blended financial model that funds investment, growth, and sustainability across the city’s parks and green infrastructure. The role requires steering commercial activity, revenue generation, and partnerships with public, private and community sectors.

Are you an innovative commercial leader with a passion for sustainable growth and environmental investment?

Birmingham City Coulncil is seeking an ambitious Business Development Lead to drive the strategic development of a blended financial model that supports investment, growth, and long-term sustainability across the city's parks and green infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Birmingham's green spaces while delivering commercial success and community value.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, partners, and community groups, you will lead business development initiatives that maximise revenue, attract investment, and support the council's broader strategic objectives.
