Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage and develop relationships across a panel of wholesale clients, including IFAs, DFMs, and wealth managers.
- Drive fund flows and client engagement through a combination of outbound contact, strategic follow-ups, and personalised service.
- Collaborate with field sales colleagues to execute regional strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Present investment solutions in a credible, consultative manner across a range of asset classes.
- Support the development of junior team members; prior mentoring or informal leadership experience is highly valued.
Ideal Candidate:- 4+ years' experience in wholesale distribution or intermediary sales within asset management.
- Solid understanding of the UK wholesale landscape, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to articulate complex fund propositions clearly.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues is a plus.
