Business Development Representative - The Role:

  • Research and identify potential customers in target markets to create new business opportunities
  • Use outbound strategies such as cold calling email campaigns and social media outreach to engage prospects
  • Track all interactions and progress with leads in the CRM system
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos with Sales Executives for qualified prospects
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs including calls made emails sent and qualified opportunities generated
