You'll receive support, mentoring, and training from an experienced and collaborative team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. Your role –
As a member of the sales team, you will be the first point of contact for all new business inquiries. You will effectively qualify new leads generated by the marketing team and support outbound sales efforts. You will identify new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients. A key part of your role will involve consistently striving to exceed targets, developing a deep understanding of their legal services and applying effective sales techniques tailored to various client types. You will also regularly be required to keep the CRM up to date, reporting activities and pipeline to your manager.
About You -
We’re looking for individuals with impeccable written and verbal communication skills, someone who is high-energy and enthusiastic, eager to make their mark in the company. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure and high-volume sales environment are essential. No experience is required as full role training is provided.
