Job summary

Moneybox is hiring a Business Development Executive on a 6-month FTC to close pension cases. You will own live caseloads, chase providers, and engage customers to locate pensions. The role features a hybrid London-based policy with remote work options, testing new processes, and a focus on results.

Ideal candidates are disciplined, resilient, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating by phone and email while quickly learning pension workflows.

Qualifications

• Thick-skinned enough to chase a provider three times and still sound professional on the fourth.
• A closer’s mindset – you track your own numbers, you don’t wait to be chased, and a target genuinely motivates you.
• Sharp with detail and process.
• Confident on the phone and comfortable in writing.
• A fast learner – able to pick up pensions operations and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Own a live caseload of pensions searches and pension submissions.
• Chase non-responding providers hard and professionally.
• Reach out to customers to obtain information needed to locate pensions.
• Work in short-term sprints to understand and adapt back-end processes.
